He then went on to Springfield College where he ran the 100m and the 400m Hurdles. After college Weber went on to compete for the Greater Boston Track Club winning the USATF Eastern Regional’s Decathlon and went on to help GBTC take a second place finish at the USATF National Championships in 2006. Weber is primarily a 100m runner and decathlete achieving PR’s of 10.72 and 6,032. Weber started his pole vaulting career in 2005 by becoming the first pole vault coach at Westfield State University. Weber has coached both Men’s and Women’s school record holders with jumps of 4.40m and 3.20m and 6 consecutive women’s conference championships and conference records in both the Indoor and Outdoor seasons. In 2006 Coach Weber became a USA Track and Field Level 1 Certified Coach. In 2010 Coach Weber began coaching with Patriot Pole Vault by helping start Patriot Pole Vault West.
Off the track Coach Weber is a Physical Education Teacher for Springfield Schools K-5, a Certified Personal Trainer and the Men’s Varsity Soccer Coach at Ware Jr. /Sr. High School.
