Coach Doug Presents New Hampshire Certification Class

On Saturday, November 19th, Coach Doug, Coach Ingrid, and Coach Peteresen drove up to Concord, New Hampshire for the NH Track & Field Coaches Association Clinic. Coach Doug presented the pole vault certification class to a room of over 50 coaches, covering everything from equipment to new rule changes. As always, there’s never enough time to cover all the material, so our conversations carried over with a group of coaches into other rooms where we debated the use of different poles, vaulting conditions, and coaching techniques.

This was not Coach Doug’s first time presenting to coaches as he has the been the certification speaker at the MSTCA/New England Clinic for more than five years.
