Ross Dominique
CoachesPublished November 17, 2010 at 9:50 pm No CommentsRoss Dominique started pole vaulting in 2004 at Ludlow High School where he currently holds the school record of 12’6″. With a lifetime PR of 13’1.5″ he currently vaults at Westfield State University. He began coaching the hurdlers and pole vaulters at Ludlow in 2007 while a freshman at Springfield College. He has coached several state qualifiers in the hurdles and pole vault, including a New England qualifer in the hurdles.
After graduating from Ludlow HS in 2006 Ross enrolled at Springfield College for one year and took a break to work and coach. Currently he is studying Movement Science at Westfield State with hopes of teaching Health and Phys. Ed. in the future. He also works full-time at a health club and is a nationally certified personal trainer.
