We are pleased to announce that we will be running indoor practices on Sundays at the University of Southern Maine starting on January 29th. The practices will be run by retired Holy Cross/current York HS pole vault coach John Hoogasian. They are open to athletes of all ages and cost $25 per session.

• There will be a decent set of Spirit poles available for your use. You may bring your own poles to use as well.
• There are NO SPIKES ALLOWED during these practice sessions – FLATS ONLY!

2022-23 USATF MEMBERSHIP – NEW MEMBERSHIP & RENEWALS

For insurance and liability purposes all athletes including collegians are required to have a USATF (USA Track and Field) membership prior to working out with the club. There are NO exceptions to this rule! We will need proof of your USATF membership before we can allow any athlete to participate so please bring it to practice with you.

If you have signed up for USATF membership online but have not received your membership card yet just print out the receipt with your USATF number.

A year’s membership in the USATF costs $30 for those 18 and under and $55 for those 19 and up. It covers you until December 31st, 2022.

The easiest way to sign up for USATF membership is online at the USATF website. 

As you register we ask that you list us as your “USATF-Registered Club”.

• For athletes from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont our club number is 02-0232.
